时间:2016-06-05

On the evening of May 31, Taiwan Strait Nuclear Power (002366) announced that the company had recently received a major national special scientific research project "Nuclear Power Plant" signed with the National Nuclear Power (SNPTC) Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: "Independent development of super austenitic stainless steel pipes and fittings for seawater systems" contract. This article is reprinted and released by Shanghai Wuyue; our company specializes in the production of various safety valves, the main series are spring safety valves, pilot safety valves, fluorine-lined safety valves, stainless steel safety valves, high temperature and high pressure safety valves, power station safety valves, etc., and lifelong Provide relevant product technical support for users.

The target of this development is to realize the localization of super austenitic stainless steel pipes and fittings for the seawater system of nuclear power plants. Master its performance indicators, material composition, smelting and processing technology, test and application performance evaluation technology, etc., and have the ability to supply CAP1400 demonstration projects.

At present, the super austenitic stainless steel pipes and fittings used in the seawater piping of the AP/CAP nuclear power plant water system are all imported from the United States, and the import price of a single unit is about 30-50 million yuan; domestic construction and preliminary work have been carried out. There are 20 AP/CAP reactor-type nuclear power units. It is conservatively estimated that the market size will be 2.5 billion yuan in the next 10 years.

Taihai Nuclear Power said that the contract opened the company's "hollow electroslag pipe making process" technology to the high-end pipeline market, and is another phased breakthrough since the company's pipeline product diversification strategy was implemented.

In the evening of the same day, the company announced that it had recently received the "Nuclear Grade Equipment Product Evaluation Certificate" issued by the China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Nuclear Power Institute).

The company adopts the "reverse extrusion + forging and drawing" process to complete the manufacturing process evaluation of the Hualong No. 1 (HPR1000) nuclear power unit main pipeline evaluation component. After the evaluation and review by the Nuclear Power Research Institute, it is considered that the evaluation meets the "product or part Assessment" requirements.
